Shipping Information

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.  You can update your payment information in your account settings.

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax is calculated automatically based on your shipping address and the current rates in your state, county & city.

How do I know I’m ordering the right size?

We have put together detailed size guides to make you feel confident that you are selecting the right size for your children and/or yourself. Learn more about size chart here.

How do I enter a coupon code for an online purchase?

Coupon codes can be entered in the DISCOUNT CODES box during the checkout process. Coupon codes can only be applied at the time of purchase and are not able to be added once the order has been placed.

Do you offer international shipping?

No, we don't.  We currently ship to United States addresses only.

What are your shipping costs?

We normally use standard shipping is a flat rate of $6.99 for all domestic orders. Shopify has calculated shipping cost for you base on how fast you want your item to be shipped.  We also offer FREE shipping for domestic orders over $75.

How fast do we ship your orders?

We ship orders out of our warehouse in California, typically in 1-3 business days.  Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days.If you need your order to arrive earlier for any reason, please select one of the expedited shipping options at checkout.

Order Information

Where is my order?

After you purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email, and then another email with your tracking number. If you do not receive these emails, please check your spam folder and add us as a contact list to ensure you don’t miss out on any important messages regarding your order.

My package hasn't arrived yet. What should I do?

If your package has not arrived within 7 business days, please contact our customer support team at info@hellobebes.com. We will investigate the situation and provide an update within 48 hours.

How should I care for my items?

Our hand smocked and hand embroidered garments are very delicate, please wash in cold water inside out before the first wear.  Remove wet garments promptly and tumble dry low or lay flat to dry.

Can I change or cancel my order?

The time window for changes or cancellations is 24-48 hours because we ship out orders very fast. Please email us if you need to make a change and if we can accommodate you, we absolutely will. If you cancel an item purchased with a coupon code or special promotion, you may not be eligible to receive that discount again.

Can I return Clearance or Sale items?

All clearance items are final sale and CANNOT be returned or exchanged. Learn more about our return policy here

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for store credit for eligible items when requested within 14 days of receipt. Store credit must be used within 90 days of issue.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to get an exchange or store credit.  Please follow these steps:

  1. Email us the reason for your return
  2. Upload photos of the items you want to return
  3. Submit your request.  We'll let you know your options A or B:                                    
  • Option A: If your order arrives incomplete, incorrect, damaged or defective.  You can return the item you have within 3 days of delivery in order to receive a refund.  We will send you a refund once we received your return.
  • Option B:  If there is no need to return your item, we may let you have store credit and you can keep the item.

Where’s my refund?

If you have not received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account, and contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Do you ever restock some of your items?

Typically we DO NOT restock our seasonal items. We do have a CLASSIC collection that we will continually restock to meet demand.  You can see our Preorder for Restocked items.

Do you have a Rewards Program?

Yes! We love our loyal customers. For every $1 spent, you got 100 points. You will also get 500 points = $5 for sending us pictures of your adorable little ones wearing our outfits on our website or social media. Email your photo to info@hellobebes.com, post it on our Facebook, Instagram, or our website.  Please make sure you have the rights to share the image before submitting.  All your points can be redeemed for cash vouchers at checkout!
